At the age of 22, Julissa instinctively pursued her real estate license in New York renting different size apartments in Brooklyn NY, and now in New Jersey. In 2016, after numerous weekend trips to Bergen County New Jersey, Julissa, alongside her spouse Nathanael and their three children (Ryan, Alan, and Isabelle), decided to embrace it as their permanent home. Hailing from not only the largest city in America but also one of the most demanding real estate markets in the world, Julissa possesses a profound understanding of what it takes to successfully close a deal.
