Before you sign with anyone, ask these seven questions. ## 1\. "How did you arrive at this price?" A good agent walks you through recent comparable sales in _your_ town, not a vague promise of a big number to win your listing. ## 2\. "What's your marketing plan, specifically?" Listen for professional photography, real online exposure, and a plan to reach the buyers actually shopping in your area — not just "I'll put it in the MLS." ## 3\. "How well do you know my town?"
